Our Story
Under Sante’s From the Ground Up initiative, up to 20% of our franchisees will be selected from the B40 income bracket. And they will pay absolutely nothing upfront. That’s right. Zero.
Their outlet will be fully sponsored by UCSI Group. That includes equipment installation and renovation costs. The amount accrued in this process will be classified as interest-free debt. And a percentage of the outlet’s monthly profits will be apportioned to pay off the debt.
The only criteria is for sponsored candidates to be:

Be committed to your business and the brand. Practise integrity in all your operations and always give your best to customers.
AVAILABLE
Nothing beats leadership by example. We would expect you to be ever-present for your outlet, your staff and your customers.
TEACHABLE
Coaching sessions will be provided to our franchisees under this initiative. We will need you to come with an open mind.
